Giving birth is a momentous occasion and I wholeheartedly believe the time leading up to it should be celebrated through photographs.  Maternity portraits are the perfect way to capture mom-to-be and the miracle she is creating, all the while making her feel like the goddess she truly is.  

When you book a maternity portrait session, you will receive guidance every step of the way, from selecting a location, choosing what to wear, deciding when to schedule, and posing throughout your session.  I have extensive knowledge of posing, shooting, and editing techniques to ensure you look incredible for you portraits.

Family Members are encouraged to join in on the fun of a maternity session.  Expecting a baby is a family affair, and there is nothing I love more than capturing that anticipation.

I invite all potential clients to meet for a pre-session consultation to go over the different types of sessions I offer as well as the professional quality products available to you.  This is a great time for us to learn a little more about each other and for me to find out what you're looking for in a photographer.   I offer a full service boutique experience and offer many types of products that you are welcome to view at your consultation.

Maternity sessions will take place in studio or on location.  Clients can choose to have both types of sessions for an additional fee.  Maternity sessions are styled from head to toe, including hair and makeup.  Although it is optional, it is strongly encouraged for mom to have a couple hours of pampering before her session.  Gowns and accessories will be provided during your session.  You are also welcome to bring clothing, accessories, and props from home.  Poses will be flattering and comfortable while every detail is attended to.  

It is best to book your maternity session while still in your second trimester to ensure availability.  Most moms are photographed between 4-6 weeks before their due date.  Your session will include a pre-session design consult, posing with significant other and siblings, a custom design and ordering appointment, and hand delivery of your finished portraits.
